Gigantic Fire Ravages (Right Now) Through Various Hills Of Valparaíso

An immense fire is ravaging right now through several hills of Valparaíso.

According to Radio Cooperativa, the fire has affected two areas; El Vergel, Cerro La Cruz, Cerro Mariposas, Pedro de Oña, etc.
More than fourty houses had been consumed by the fire.

Due to this emergency situation, local health centres will extend their opening hours, this to meet the demands of the population.

The latest information tells of 2,000 people being evacuated and that more than 150 homes have been consumed by this enormous fire (10:28 p.m. local time).

My gut tells me that we’re not speaking of hundreds of homes, but thousands!
These hills are big and they’re densely populated.

It’s impossible that only “100” or “150” homes have been consumed.

Impossible.
